Viviane Blumenschein is an award-winning director specialized in commercials, branded content and documentary storytelling. 

She has directed internationally for leading brands and broadcasters. Alongside her directing work, she teaches commercial filmmaking at the prestigious Filmakademie Baden Württemberg in Germany.  

Known for her bold creativity and human-centered narratives, Viviane creates commercials that captivate audiences by blending striking visuals with genuine emotion. She is driven by an insatiable curiosity about people and their stories, crafting campaigns that don’t just sell but resonate on a deeply personal level. Whether capturing the energy of a brand or the nuances of human existence, her work consistently breaks through the noise with originality and heart.

Viviane is a member of the German Film Academy and German Commercial Film Academy, co-founded DRCT, Germany’s first association for commercial directors and has been a judge at Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards, German Commercial Film Academy and Eurobest.
