Haibo Huang

Haibo Huang，A veteran media professional and television producer. Graduated from the Department of Foreign Languages, Communication University of China, majoring in International Journalism; also studied Film Studies at Waseda University Graduate School in Japan; and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese. Formerly worked for CCTV's "Oriental Horizon" program, and joined Phoenix TV in 2002. With decades of experience in the media industry, he has produced, planned, and supervised numerous special programs and large-scale documentaries. He served as the chief producer and program operator for Phoenix TV's documentary program, and has conducted numerous on-site interviews. He has participated in lot of high-level international forums especially Sino-Japanese media forums, possessing extensive experience in international communication. He has served as a judge and decision-maker at several international documentary festivals, and is the vice president of the Intelligent Audiovisual Committee of the China Television Artists Association, deputy director of the Industry Committee, and member of the Documentary Academic Committee. He is also a visiting professor at several universities.

Currently, he is the Deputy Head of Phoenix TV's Chinese Channel, Director of the Chief Editorial Office, and Head of the Movie Channel, Phoenix Media Group.
