Tony Jones is Managing Director & Creative Director of Adaptive Media Partners, an AI-driven video innovation agency that produces multilingual films using generative AI and digital-human avatars. Based primarily in Hong Kong and serving the APAC region, AMP also operates a sister office in London (Kernel Content Studios) supporting UK and EMEA clients.

Tony previously served as Creative Director and Vice President of Global Online Publishing at National Geographic Channel, where he led global digital publishing and creative output across platforms. That background shaped a practical belief: storytelling first, technology later.

Today, Tony focuses on the craft and consequences of synthetic media: how to use generative AI to scale production and localisation while protecting authenticity, consent, and audience trust. His work spans enterprise training content, onboarding, internal communications, and compliance-sensitive messaging, with an emphasis on creating content that people actually watch and complete.

Alongside production, Tony designs and delivers AI literacy workshops for corporates, teams, and individuals, covering synthetic media, deepfake awareness, responsible experimentation, and AI in marketing & entrepreneurship. He is particularly interested in how education and industry can collaborate to build new creative workflows that are both ambitious and accountable.
